Whether your pride and joy is an offshore sportfishing yacht, bay boat or bluewater sailboat, Mariner’s Point offers the perfect place to dock or berth. There are 256 generous slips available to accommodate boats with beams up to 20 feet and drafts or keels up to 9 feet. Our slips and 200' fairways feature depths up to 10 feet at low tide. Our 3200-foot straight-line boardwalk is flanked on either side with private 2 level cottages each having parking and storage below, direct access to your vessels and spacious quarters above. A continuous wave attenuator on the north limit of the fairway will mitigate wind driven wave action, and provide nearby structure to enhance bay fishing.
It’s well known that the Laguna Madre is one of the finest bay fishing destinations in the Southwest, and Mariner’s Point puts you right in the middle of the action. The Gulf is easily and quickly accessible via a ship channel connecting Mariner’s Point to the Brazos-Santiago Pass, less than one mile away. Once through the pass, you’re under an hour’s run to the 100-fathom curve and the deep blue waters of the Gulf, where you’ll find the finest deep sea fishing around. And for the sailor and yachtsman, adventurous open-water is a short 15- to 20- minutes away. |
