Situated at the eastern tip of Long Island, Mariner’s Point is a private, gated development designed for the sportfisherman, sailor, and yachtsman. We offer 256 generous slips accommodating boats with beams up to 20 feet and drafts or keels up to 9 feet. Our 3200-foot, straight-line boardwalk is surrounded by individual, two-level cottages with parking and storage below, direct access to your boat, and spacious quarters up to 500 square feet above. Balconies with spectacular, unobstructed ocean views are part of the appeal. A continuous wave attenuator on the north limit of the fairway minimizes wind-driven wave action, and provides nearby structure to enhance bay fishing.

Only Mariner’s Point owners have access to the boat slips and cottages from shore through a controlled access gate continuously manned by management staff. A private fueling station and well-stocked ship’s store, available only to Mariner’s Point owners, are located at the east limit of the marina. |
